Liaison was created to bridge the gap between you and Reuters. It is designed to be the agent within your phone connecting you to us. It will allow you to complete Service Checks against your RSS, Content Downloader and Web Services-API services. In addition, any high severity outages within the Reuters Connect platform will be communicated via Push Notifications to your Liaison agent so you are kept up to speed on the most pressing issues without having to contact the helpdesk. If you do require additional assistance from Reuters, Liaison will use your GPS coordinates to automatically determine which contact phone numbers to call. Liaison will also help you open a ticket with the helpdesk via online form directly within the app itself.
